Since Poch has been here it's been crystal clear what our policy has been as our actions have mirrored the words of the Club (Levy and Poch).
This is a new era, this is the place that Tottenham have been aspiring to be, with a bigger revenue stream and we've been told that with a larger revenue stream we can compete better in the open market.
It also doesn't mean we change hugely what we have been doing, I still expect our wages to be tightly managed, I still expect us to sell players in order to generate further money to buy. But for now at least (until we start to see evidence based on the actions) I am expecting us to be operating in a different market of player than we have done. I just don't know what that market is e.g. we go after de Jong, he's seriously interested in us but holds out for Barca. I get why he would go there too Now not everyone we identify will go to Barca, there are only so many players than to acquire but it doesn't make it any clearer that this new market is going to be some kind of revolution.
But for now, in my mind I am fully expecting us to be working in a new market, it's just not clear what one or if we will be any good at it (Poch's ability for recruitment).
We need lots of signings.

Notwithstanding what Poch has managed to produce this season, I feel we are already stagnating. We need investment in the squad and to bring in talent, fresh energy and competition.

As for Poch: Think he needs a re-fresh as much as anyone/thing else. We're finally home; a full pre-season, a few upgrades in the right areas, a review/re-assesment of our formations/tactis and hopefully he'll be re-invigorated and ready to get the best out what still remains a very talented group of players; many of which are still yet to hit their peak years. If that means being 'tough', then fuck yeh, bring it on!
....And one less Dark Lord.
Cheers, I also just think the club is ready for a bit of change squad wise, rebuilding can be painful but it also offers opportunity and excitement. Obviously rather keep our better players.

Assuming we do finish top 4, Poch has done a superlative job this season, but I think our squad and on-field play peaked in the season we managed 2nd. Lucas has been a good addition and Son’s form generally excellent, but many of our key players have gotten older and had injury/form issues or left without a comparable replacement.
But perhaps you’re right and Levy will manage another economical window, so that Poch can continue to weave his magic and we can stagnate successfully for a few more years

What’s he going to do in your opinion?
We'll see about net spend and wages and all that, but I can't imagine we'd just sit on our hands again. There will be action this summer, and Poch will have plenty of input.
