Disagree with you there mate. Liverpool were behind us last year, found their weak spots, and were rutheless enough to replace them. We should do the same with our full-backs. Meanwhile, our midfield situation isn't as much for replacing as it is to add both quality and numbers to an area that we lack depth.

Firstly we will struggle to get top 4 again if we don’t strengthen, we relied on others fucking up so that is that part of it.
Ok then I assume your defining success as winning that title or CL or is it any trophy, does the LC or FA cup count?
If I take the league even with a big window we are still miles behind City, I would expect if we had a big window to get more points and maybe 2/3 in the league but for us to overtake City would require a massive window, us being amazing and City fucking up, that’s a very difficult proposition.
We stay still we go backwards, we have a good window we can hold our position, we have a great window I would expect us to push for 2 with Liverpool as our rival.
