This post has been classified as, High Quality.

Ta Sausage.

Place has been overun by zero attendance, avartarless, shit username, humour devoid, internet warrior no marks.

Like a purgatory of neverending YouTube comments.

Got to get back into it to remind them that supporting our glorious football club is supposed to be enjoyable.

Or at least worth a giggle once in a while.

True story - just over a month ago i met a mate in a pub in Belsize Park one Sunday afternoon and Dean Gaffney was in there. We were at the table by the door and my mate was rambling on about the intricate circumstances as to how he’d lost his job. Meanwhile, Gaffney and the mate he was with were taking it turns to over-excitedly whizz in and out of the pub and up and down the street on an electric scooter. It was the most surreal thing ever and my mate in own despair wasn’t in the slightest bit interested so I had to remain being agony aunt.

Trippier was very, very poor for much of last season, poor enough that I would look at some combination of Aurier, KWP and Foyth as having a good chance to improve upon that position.

But at the same time, we know Trippier is a better footballer than what he showed. This is the same guy who pushed Kyle Walker out of the side and was perhaps England's top performer in their run to the semifinals of a World Cup.

That World Cup denied him a proper preseason and may have swollen his head a bit, and it could very well be that he's poised to return to his top form. When it was Napoli betting on that I was willing to consider it a beneficial change of scenery for all parties. But now Juve, Atletico and Bayern are sniffing around? These are some of the smartest clubs in the world who have apparently come to the conclusion that we're irrationally giving up on a good player in his prime for a cut-rate fee. That scares me.

Widely reported that he was carrying a minor injury all season, likely reason for a drop in form

Based upon the clubs that have theoretically been interested in Trippier, we can only assume one of the following.

1. The majority of Spurs fans are suffering mass delusions about his quality.
2. These clubs are suffering from mass delusion.
3. This is possible evidence of some type of money laundering a la Paulinho and Barca.
4. Just further evidence that most articles are based on lies, pure speculation or some type of hallucinogenic drugs.

Think its more about profile. He was in a world.cup semi and scored. Was a good player before decline in form. Once youve proven yourself at cl and world cup the big teams see you as capable and low risk

But Betis are not a club able to take such a risk and sign a player with a dodgy knee and no insurance for 30 mill

I think he is ok and he can get insurance

When Real Betis sell Lo Celso - let's assume for s reduced amount of say 65 to 70,m fto Spurs - then after paying PSG their sell on fee they are able to buy Fekir for 30m plus have about 20m or so left over which is the amount they originally bought Lo Celso for from PSG and enough to buy another decent prospect.

So Betis are far better off than they were 4 months ago before they bought Lo Celso.

Fekir has had his knee injury for a couple of years but managed to play most games for Lyon - so with careful management he'll be fine for Betis too - and he's far better than Betis could usually buy and keep.

What a come down for Gaffney who used to whizz in and out of Lynsey-Dawn McKenzie back in the day.!

Speaking of LDMcK whatever happened our own emma_bigjugs. Who frightened her off??

Can't see another LB being priority this TW, think Sessegnon is only on the agenda as Poch thinks he's the nuts. If that falls through we save the transfer fee and spend this summer for the right player or save it for next TW.

Think this is an agent trying to drum up interest in his client - and put price up by mentioning Spurs as we are big spenders this TW

5. Rick James was in fact right: Cocaine is a hell of a drug!

I worked in a hospital and I can confirm that a) an ability to spell and b) a charming personality are absolutely not required to be a cardiologist / cardiac surgeon. In fact these qualities are considered by many to be a hindrance.
Well, a) our handwriting is considered deplorable by most people and so the occasional spelling mistake slips through and b) I'm more like Doc Martin than Dr. Kildare. Ask my scrub nurses..... However I'm still a novice at this forum so please forgive my mistakes.

Doc Martin...now I'm scared..

"Right, sit there and be quiet, I'll soon have that troublesome heart removed from you..."

When my daughters PDA was ligated at 29 weeks; I agree the latter possibly from the inside, never the former.

Tangentially my daughter almost died from a consultant being vague in (or incoherent) vital notes, to stop a certain set of drugs (which was assisting the staving of the birthing of my daughter, whose inflammatory markers were elevating dramatically, so needed to now birth at 24/0 urgently).

So, due to a consultants poor written ability, a nurse tried to give my wife the former medication routine, never has my rage been so fierce as had I not been there at 2am my wife would have just taken them unaware to most things that she is, bless! (had the Hospital Reg see me to calm me down at 3am, offering complaints procedure etc. Poor nurse, must of scared the crap out of her, she didn't ask my wifes name, anything, just 'here's your meds...', medicine is fierce stuff).

So, never ever the former.

Understand it must get hectic, only poking fun at Spaniel, more accurately is probably that his mind is in work and not on a teenage french players surname!

My mind has been at it today, apologies all, I'll get back to focusing on qi in my shed, might send Poch a piece actually, to thank him for last season, given his proclivity to qi.
