Though it's odd we'd fly in with a 70m bid for Dybala and not cough that up for Lo Celso, who we've apparently wanted for the last 2 months.
Why is that odd? Celso has one full season at Betis and the other played for Juve for 4 years.
One has extensive CL experience and the other has 149 minutes in it.
I get the idea of "If he's your man, pay whatever it takes", but Dybala is a far more expensive player, on paper, than Celso.
