Aurier and Dier are honestly not good enough either and yes Lamela has been decent this season but my god Poch treats him like fucking Messi. No way should he be a guaranteed starter.

What option would you propose? I’m not after a knee jerk argument. However it’s obvious to me that the task of getting this group of players to perform to their ability level is now beyond him. If you change nothing, nothing will change. We can’t change the team. The owners can’t be sacked. What else can we do other than change the manager or accept the good times are done?
