I'm not a reactive sort. I've had a think about it, Poch needs to go.
I don't want him overseeing the re-build. I don't trust his acquisitions, I don't trust his ability to manage the squad and I don't think he develops players. There's no point him having Dybala. He'll just make him do double training sessions and tell us all he's not yet ready for the team.
He's been fantastic for us and I'll remember him fondly, but he needs to move on to another challenge.

Time for change
He's got to go but he won't because,
A) Levy doesn't want to pay the comp so it will take an utterly desperate situation for it to happen.
B) Levy will want him to turn it around so he can continue making spurs a "brand" rather than a football club and Poch is the perfect golden boy to allow him to do that with minimal fuss.
Personally think Levy, the Owners and Poch are all to blame for this, they should all be held accountable anyone saying otherwise is biased and not seeing things objectively.
