He is saying we played well but because we scored so early, our plan to dominate the game went out the window/we went into panic mode.

Monday afternoon: ??
It is exactly the sort of twaddle to be expected from him. He is fucking mental.
No difference between them right now
8pts behind Chelsea in 4th who have a transfer ban, one of the best CMs in Europe out injured, a team full of academy kids, just sold Hazard and have Frank Lampard as manager.
“It depends. Different faces during the game. I thought we played well. Of course when we scored so early the team tried to defend and we missed a bit to play, a little too much with the ball. In the first half it was difficult to connect and play and try to go forward and dominate the game how we planned. Of course when we scored so early it was like we need to defend, defend, defend.”

Is he acting the tit with his team selections and substitutions cos he wants the door or is he twisting Levy's arm for a big splurge in January?
If he doesn’t want the team to sit back and defend why doesn’t he tell the team TO NOT SIT FUCKING BACK AND DEFEND?“It depends. Different faces during the game. I thought we played well. He could not control their emotions because he left all his lemons in London? If he doesn’t want the team to sit back and defend why doesn’t he tell the team TO NOT SIT FUCKING BACK AND DEFEND?
Lamela wasn't available today (thigh) so no point in complaining about not starting him, but I agree that Davies and Ndombele should've started.Who the fuck expects a really difficult and challenging game and picks Dele and Eriksen over Lamela? Rose, who can't defend, over Davies? Winks over an incredible talent finding form in Ndombele? I'm honestly so done with this season and this manager.
We also lost 3-0 to Brighton with lamela starting.Lamela wasn't available today (thigh) so no point in complaining about not starting him, but I agree that Davies and Ndombele should've started.
Agreed, he is certainly no guarantee for succes, but if fit he probably should have started based on his performance (2 assists and a goal) v Red Star.
Could potentially cost more if Levy doesn't pull the trigger.Have at it lads, it's going to cost Levy £30M to pull the trigger...but you never know...
Like you say, he was injured anyway.Agreed, he is certainly not guarantee for succes, but he probably should have started based on his performance (2 assists and a goal) v Red Star.
& it's a lot of pressure on a new manager to expect him to get top 4 this season.Have at it lads, it's going to cost Levy £30M to pull the trigger...but you never know...

Yeah those cheeky medical guys are always switching folders for a laugh. Fair enough, I think Eric is in the inner circle so probably would have started. And sent off. For an asymmetric parting in his hairLamela wasn't available today (thigh) so no point in complaining about not starting him, but I agree that Davies and Ndombele should've started.
I just don't want Mourinho because I have a feeling that he'd misuse Ndombele and lo Celso in the same way that he misused Pogba. You have to let players like that have a bit of freedom, whereas he'd probably try to play them as holding midfielders. Literally anyone else though. Having said that, results count for more than anything else.Their one and only argument is " well who is our there that we could get "
