I won't "fuck off" anywhere cyber thug.

Don't be so precious... It's only a figure of speech. Don't act like you're all sweetness and light either.

Your accusation CAN fuck off as far as I'm concerned....

I've taken exception to something that Rose did... That doesn't make me a "hypocrite".

When did Rose cunt the club off? I remember he stated he wanted us to sign more well known players and that he also knew his worth in regards to his wage.

There's a Rose thread with reems of this debate.... Go and have a delve if you wish to re-live it all.

None of this will make you mugging Davies off any more gracious.

I'd still like us to try and go for Max Aaron's if we can shift Aurier, especially as the signing of Ruguilon indicates a change of philosophy. Not convinced Doherty is gonna be a great fit for us. I'd much prefer the nippy right back who can get up and down the pitch.

They also say we're picking up the whole wage bill.

ABC sports journalists are among Spain's best and Tomás González-Martín is one of the most experienced and highly-regarded, so I'm not about to say he's way off the mark or bang on the money. What it does suggest to me is, as I said a little earlier, that no one in Britain or Spain has any idea whatsoever of the details of the finance side of things., which is why I think it's unwise to shout from the rooftops about what a good deal (economically) we've got out of Madrid

That would be little more than fan posturing anyway....

I simply trust the fact that it's a deal we can afford (*)and thus I'm cool with it.

(*If we couldn't; it wouldn't get done.)

Yep, makes sense.

Enough game time for the two of them. I'd give Doherty a few months to see if he's the "fit", if he is we have a ready made replacement in a couple of years.

I now start to think that it's possible that the likes of Kane and Son will end their career with us, but I am curious to hear from you: do you think there is the risk that behind the scene we have agreed to give them Kane at some point?

I think the signing of Reguilon means Jose is looking at a 3-4-2-1 formation. Reguilon and Doherty are both very attacking, meaning we need cover at the back.

Lloris
Sanchez - Alderweireld - Davies
Doherty - Lo Celso - Hojbjerg - Reguilon
Bale - Son
Kane

You stated Davies is exempt from being "mugged off" because he has been a great servent to the club.
You also state Rose is not exempt from being "mugged off" despite being a better servent to the club (being here longer and performing better).

If you feel being a good servent to the club is a good reason to not "mug anyone off" then that rule should apply to every player and not just the one you have an affinity towards.

It's good business and hopefully solves major problems for all the parties concerned. I'm greedy and would like one more addition (preferably Son's international mate).
I want that Everton game to be the last we lose at home this season. No more shipping goals with the new look defence and tons of the fuckers at the other end of the pitch with Bale, Kane and Son.
