I’m with you. A week ago most would have taken a striker who sits on the bench 80% of the season over Reguilon. It’s madness.
I’d be happy if we got a backup striker but it isn’t an absolute considering the options we have now. Son is a better forward than any and every striker we’ve been linked with this season.
I guess the only caveat to that is that Jose doesn’t like playing without a “hold up outlet” up top.
