Well before the transfer window started my DM list consisted of
Thomas Delaney
Thomas Partey
Kondogbia
Sangare
As far as I know, only Sangare was snapped up. PSV I think. The others are options still, I would take any of them.
Delaney is wasting his time sitting on the bench at Dortmund. Even Bellingham is playing more.
Partey was gonna go to Woolwich so he is still available, for the same price as Skriniar I would take that deal.
Kondogbia is an interesting. Valencia were practically giving away players. So available and could be on the cheap.
Skriniar isn't coming unless the price drops significantly from the 60m Inter are demanding, how about a last minute bid for Partey? decent enough and it would piss of the goons. Not sure he's a Mourinho type player lacks discipline and is prone to a brain-fart ... maybe he is more Woolwich's style.

Kondogbia has a fragile mentality. Physical and technical ability he can be very good player, but there is a reason he had been moving to club with lower expectation here and there. He is as close as a certain failure working with Mourinho.
Thomas Delaney is pretty meh. Rather push Dier into midfield for some games than wasting money for such player.
Thomas Partey is great and all, but if he's that open to moving to Gooners, his ambition is questionable. Is he only after money?
Kessie (and Bennacer) is better than all those three (Sangare has gone to PSV) and that donkey Rice (

) and the good bit is, they want Aurier. That would leave us needing another RB though. Either way, I'd rather spend 40-50m on Kessie (or Bennacer) than Skriniar.

Partey won’t be joining the Goons because Atleti will only sell if his 50m euro release fee is paid all in one payment. They can’t find that amount of cash right now and I doubt if we could as all our deals are all done on payment plan structures.
