Is it not a gamble putting all of your chips in a manager that doesn't stick around for rebuilds? Or falls out with the power structure?

Great manager and we would be lucky to have him but doesn't he like to spend money and lots of it? Not sure Levy and he wil get along at allIf there is a third member of the Pep and Klopp club, it's Conte. Do everything to get that guy if possible.
From the ENIC perspective he makes every dollar you spend on the squad more valuable.
Of all the Chelsea sackings under Abramovich he was by far the stupidest.
Conte would be the closest thing to getting Prime Poch back, probably including getting the actual Poch back tbh.
It's all a gamble isn't it? But I dunno, it just seems crazy putting him in charge. Obviously happy to be proved wrong, but if we need a rebuild I think we need someone more proven and alluring in that sense. Is it not a gamble putting all of your chips in a manager that doesn't stick around for rebuilds? What are your identified pronouns?
Can we not what?
I was going to compliment him on his sideboards but it’s a shadow
Wah?Did you also post this on the Tottenham First Team Members Only Forum as well then?
PSG will have paid Poch at least as much as we did negating a top up.But if Mournhos contract stipulated that we would continue to pay his salary until he finds a new job then we don't owe him a penny more once he takes the new job? The same applied to Poch, he continued to be paid when Levy sacked him until he got the PSG job. It's standard practice, clear and every club seems to operate like this.
He'll be sacked within a year.I would honestly rather give it to him as I would assume it would mean a long term vision rather than these managers that don't stick around because of their insane personalities
So will Conte with his clashes with Levy.
This idea that some managers like to spend money and some don't is silly.Great manager and we would be lucky to have him but doesn't he like to spend money and lots of it? Not sure Levy and he wil get along at all
Could be a better year though.
You can just call us Tottenham Hotspur. This idea that some managers like to spend money and some don't is silly.
Top managers are ambitious, Conte has no interest in fighting for fourth every year when he could be winning titles elsewhere. Better results requires a better squad, a better squad requires significant investment. Ipso facto, it's definitional.
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is going nowhere without spending eye-watering sums in the transfer market
Meh...I am not excited by a name like Conte. Sure, a resume, but a nut who will last a year max.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is going nowhere without spending eye-watering sums in the transfer market going forward. That is table stakes to being a club that's even safely clear of the relegation zone in the Premier League.
Luckily, we are the 9th richest club in the world, have a stadium that is one of the best revenue generators in the sport, and showed clear intent to spend big before Covid came and shook our world up.
Covid of course remains a confounding variable for us and everyone else. But putting that to one side, Tottenham should be seen as a very well funded project. If the kind of investment we saw in Summer 2019 is the new normal, it's just a matter of putting the right personnel in place.
