Same as when we want to buy players. Do it the Levy way. Getting linked with every possible Manager/Player, so that way we don't seem desperate and get a bit of discount.

Money over football. The Levy way.

I heard the israel/palenstine tensions have reached bournemouth. But they sent a missile there by mistake as they thought it was the gaza strip but it was paul gascoigne in his garden at bournemouth wearing a Tottenham strip.

You know who else speaks perfect English and is bald? Oh. And he’s managed in the PL before.

When did being bald become a factor?

Bloody hell Daniel talk about narrowing the field. There comes a point when you get too picky I guess.

Clearly Poch was just too hairy and Jose too foreign sounding. And Harry Redknapp not “perfect” English sounding enough. .

I wouldn't mind us giving Potter the job (if we couldn't get my preferred choice of Rangnick), he can clearly coach something (which I like to see), that something is largely proactive, defensively not a disaster either, and seems to improve his teams collectively and players individually, or at least get the best out of them.

I do wonder if there would be a bit of an AVB vibe about the way we'd play under him though, with this squad and especially if we lose Kane in the summer. That would not bother me overly, I didn't mind AVB's approach with us, I think he got the best out of a pretty weak team (+Bale) by our standards in recent years having lost Modric, VDV, Gallas, King, Adebayor (mentally) and then Bale in the second season. But I do wonder if some will grumble about a more patient approach and that there's not enough whacking the ball forwards quickly.

As I've continually said, getting a decent DOF (again, first choice Rangnick for me) and restructuring would be more important.

This really would be a smart time for Levy to take a step back/side and take himself out of the firing line, concentrate on the business side of things.
