so your saying we might have to chuck it in a few more times?Even if we lose to them they could still miss out if Liverpool score enough goals.

You could argue Leicester's model is not prudent at all. If anything, their spending is incredibly risky and irresponsible. Didn't they breach Championship FFP as well? The well run, great owners narrative is a myth.
Sorry.... shoulda said: Tottenham's business model doesn't win trophies!
If Werner plays as a lone forward for Chelsea going forward they'll win nothing. Nothing against the guy, he gives his all and it's something you can appreciate even as a spectator. But with him and the inconsistent Pulisic up top they must drive the Chelsea fans crazy at times.
Leicester were pants and got what they deserved. Nothing.

I'd like to see this argument. And see it supported with facts and not opinion. Willing to hear it but doubt it can be made.
Operative word there being 'championship'. They haven't in the PL and are more than financially sound. They sell and replenish.
Is BC a full of shit coward that is more concerned with internet points and keeping up the appearance of being a football knowitall than actual substantive football discussion?*
or
What is your opinion of Phil Foden?
I can't remember exactly which question you're talking about. either answer would be good. Or if you're feeling generous, both.
*see BC? I can even offend in question form.
Yes, because part of the model is selling players and reinvesting with good players. We miss the second part and that's why it doesn't work for us.Sorry.... shoulda said: Tottenham's business model doesn't win trophies!
everyone else's does apparently!
Strident sort, for sure. You’re getting very shrill Todster. Like Gary Neville on a helium enema.
Am I to deduce from the shrill factor 8 that you are still a little miffed from our last exchange when, after your Poch’s honour intruder alarm went off, you inserted yourself rectally into a discussion I was having with someone else ?
I’m sure you’ve got a point you’d like to make re Foden, and it will almost certainly be something about but but but Poch....
Full of shit coward it is. You'll have to keep the tally on how many points you scored with the enema jibe. You’re getting very shrill Todster. Like Gary Neville on a helium enema.

look at wages to turnover (110% for 2020 - absolutely bonkers)
Can't see that frame (script blocked) but I imagine it says what you say it says. But surely you can't use numbers from the covid season to support your point. Everyone has had loses. But if their W/T ratio was that high for multiple (typcial) seasons they would breach FFP which they haven't. And I believe FFP was relaxed for 2020.
That says W/T was 84% in 2019 and 105% in 2020. What's worrying when they have a billionaire owner willing to both spend at that level and assume that risk? And he'd spend more if FFP wasn't constraining him because of the club's limited profile. And I bet if they get CL they will just spend even more not just sit back and say "phew, our bills are paid".![]()

They need to make CL. Worrying even considering covid. It started before 2020.
Leicester take calculated risks. You have to with their finances. You could argue Leicester's model is not prudent at all. If anything, their spending is incredibly risky and irresponsible. Didn't they breach Championship FFP as well? The well run, great owners narrative is a myth.
