Agree. It's not like Levy would give Poch password/pin to the club account, so Poch can spend however he see fits. Limited budget, selling before buying policy is still the hinderance. Also let be honest here, Poch stock is pretty low now, and need serious rebuilding along with our squad. There ain't much attraction to come and play for Poch, so not expect a great beginning of new Poch era's transfer dealings
