I'm not overly concerned about Romero just because there are a lot of factors at play that are being, more or less, summarily dismissed by most. But the difference between the two clubs, at least what is being reported, is really nothing for Tottenham in the grand scheme of things.
Ultimately Tottenham could structure the deal in a certain way so that the fee could be paid over multiple years or they could save £10m elsewhere. Or better off if we get that calibre of CB in we'll make up the £10m from prize money and European qualification
