There is no other answer to this besides yes. I wouldn't even need Haaland as a sweetener as I would take that straight player swap. In this market 120M would go a long way to making us a proper team. Leicester could do wonders with 120M and a boatload of players most on this board would be clamoring for 2-3 years hence. Would our brains trust squander it? Probably, but that wouldn't make it a bad deal to do in principle.
It makes me so sad to see so many fans turn on Harry now. Once the great white hope, loved by us all. I'm not coming down on either side of the debate but we should all remember what he has given to this club and for me anyway, you can't expunge the legacy because it's fact, not fiction.
I hope he stays but I'm not going to vilify if he follows his dream. I think he's stayed long enough to prove his loyalty. But he can't be at his best unless the whole team improves and he must be frustrated. I think the biggest mistake he's made is having faith in the bald lying dwarf. Good luck to you Harry. I always remember the story about Kyle Walkers kids apparently crushed when he went to city. Apparently one still ONLY supports spurs despite obviously publicly supporting his dad and city.

If there is a legitimate reason for his absence, why hasn't Kane seen the shit storm that's happening and come out and said "Sorry, guys, I've got to self-isolate" or whatever? Why has there been no official response from the club?

It’s been totally clear to me all along that a trophy at City would be half-empty, a win by a team that really doesn’t need him in front of fans with no special love for him. But it also seems equally clear that Harry doesn’t see it that way.
