Honestly think they have and we are just seeing what we have seen previously ie making the player take the brunt of the hate so Levy can skate again. It was reported during the Bale coming back saga that his deal was in the work for months before he left so no reason to think this hasn't been as well. With this big of a deal you can't be expecting Harry to be practicing and potentially getting hurt/scuppering it when players have to be purchased and monies put aside.

Well if he's not a seller than you've got to up the price. If you're paying 100 million for Jack you've got to pay minimum 30-50 million more than that.
