Sport say Moriba has ‘ruled out’ the London club, having listened to their financial and sporting proposal. He believes he’d been guaranteed minutes at Leipzig and would also get to play Champions League football.
I don't believe in guaranteeing minutes, if you're good enough you get a place, if you are not then you won't.

Anyway, my point is that CV was not even close to the standard we would need. Technically awful and did not do enough. Just pointing out stats that includes games against 8th league level + Bulgarian league teams will be misleading. He was not nearly good enough to give some real rest for Kane.
And I understand you have different point of view,and I can respect that. I just felt that plainly pointing out number of goals without considering opposition quality was misleading, hence I clicked "disagree".
Brighton got Bissouma from Lille originally, now he's worth a fortune.
Why not just cut out the middleman and sign a midfielder from Lille? We don't always have to go for the familiar names.

And if anything that just shows how poor we've been with our scouting and development, rather than it being a fault with French players.
