Surely this is the absolute best we can hope for with the squad of players available. I mean we're actually within touching distance of the top 4, which in itself is a minor miracle. We've looked okay when teams open up against us but we have zero creativity in midfield so whenever a team parks the bus we're fucked.

I think he has done exceptionally well since coming in and he needs to be backed.
That being said, I do sense with these sort of successful yet arrogant coaches are sometimes too set in their ways with certain players and it would only take the smallest of things to get on their bad side.
