Based on what?

He has played 3-5-2 the vast majority of his career. Do you think that now he randomnly chose not to or is based on the fact that our midfield options today were PEH, Wanks, Devine and White.

Is the argument really that we should have played one of two players with zero PL games and barely any senior football played at all? That is why Conte is bad because he didn't play players who show zero signs of being ready for a game like this?

I'm saying from what I've seen I'm not in the least bit surprised that that team did lose to boro as they've shown time after time,season after season with the amount of times they've churned up this kind of shit that they're not at the right level to play for this club. A club which has owners that act and charge league title prices but expect it with championship players.

He does have a relegation in Serie A on his CV and he also quit Atalanta when they were second bottom in the table.

Then hire another manager, who will be another failure. Pochettino was losing to most of the league's shit (we got embarrassed by Brighton in one of his final games) and then Jose had a little purple patch before we were getting shit on by Croatian farmers, and then Nuno got a go and he's dour and bad, but the players did the same shit again. Now we've got Conte and same old story.

This manager succeeds everywhere he goes. Every manager fails when they arrive here. The logical conclusion is that this club is at fault, not him. Do I think there are decisions on a micro level he's getting wrong? Yes. Do I think we're losing these games primarily because of that? No. This squad is the worst we've had in years.
 
Conte’s system works when he has the right players. Unfortunately, most of our players belong in the Championship (although after today, I’m not sure if even that’s correct after watching Winks get absolutely fucking shat on for 120 minutes).

A good manager must be able to change his system to make the most of the players that he has at his disposal. Mourinho couldn’t do this and Conte isn’t doing anything to show that he can either.

But at the same time, Levy and Paratici knew what Conte was about when they brought him in. If they had no intention of giving him the resources to play Conteball. Why did the bring in Conte.

It’s like paying a painter and decorator to fit your kitchen.
 
Give the guy a chance ffs.

He's been at the club four months and some people want him to change the players and mentality in that time.

I for one trust the process, yes this season is absolute rubbish but you need to trust the process abit more. You can't realistically sell 11 players and bring in 11 in one season. Give Conte the summer, back him and we'll see an improvement.

Judge him next season not this season.

He hasn’t succeeded every where he’s gone. He was delegate at Arezzo and quit/sacked at Atalanta when they were second bottom. He succeeded at Chelsea and Juventus/Inter when he had a big chequebook and inherited title winning squads.

That Atalanta team was poor and didn't exactly turn great without him there. Same with the Bari side. He didn't do any less that were expected from them.

These are also over 10+ years ago when he was beginning his career so maybe he has learned since then.

I absolutely agree but playing Winks and Hojbjerg is killing us. It's like playing with nine men every week. If it's not working it is insanity to keep picking them week in week out. He might as well bring on two cones for them fucking frauds.
