Any idea what this means?

I hope the take-over of Chelski wil drag on. I don't mind them getting Kounde at €70m+ as Romero is better than him at half the price but I don't want them to get Gvardiol...

Chelsea 'draw up an EIGHT-MAN transfer shortlist' to solve their defensive crisis, with Jules Kounde and Joska Gvardiol top of the list... and also have an eye on a shock move for Raheem Sterling

  • Chelsea have drawn up an eight-man shortlist of defenders to sign this summer
  • The Blues have put Jules Kounde and Josko Gvardiol at the top of their wish list
  • Thomas Tuchel will only be able to begin business once takeover is complete
  • Todd Boehly's takeover is expected to be approved within the next 24 hours

...which would leave out either Son or Kulu...
Kulu has been more productive and shown more quality in his first (half) season with Spurs than Eriksen did in any given season while at Spurs.
What is it with some of you people? Spurs are going to continue to win absolutely nothing if we insist on only one starting 11 and a thread-bare squad with zero depth that allows us only one style of play.

God forbid we sign a player that pushes for our starting 11 and would give us a completely different tactical shape when needed.

You are twisting my words: where did I say that I am against rotation or against system changes?
I am well aware that nowadays football is a squad sport.
But why leave out one of the most productive players in the EPL that last half-season (yes, next season will be his real test as teams are better prepared against him) just to change a system?

Theres a strong team spirit at the moment - sometimes you don't want to overload with too many new faces. Thats why I like the idea of getting Eriksen back - he would slot straight back in.
He didn't exactly show a "strong team spirit" in his last season at Spurs when it was obvious his mind was set on "bigger clubs" (yes, Real M. was rumored to be after him but no big clubs came in for him)

This guy is not the one to take over from Hugo.
I'm hoping this is Paratici looking at several players at once for the same position.

The thing is no top keeper will join Spurs just to sit on the bench.
I hope that for next season Spurs will sign Jan Oblak whose contract is expiring in 2023. Very little chance for that to happen though but it's a nice thought though.
