Bissouma (assuming all off field stuff is ok) would be a monster signing for us!

Him, Skipp, Hojbjerg and Bentancur would be 4 fantastic options.

We would suddenly go from the fifth or sixth best midfield to the third or even second (I've never been that impressed by Liverpool's midfield, more their backline and front 3).
Liverpool's midfield in 18/19/20 was incredible... there was no Modric or Bernardo Silva in there but the aggressiveness and intensity with which they turned over the ball and recycled it to the wingers and fullbacks was incredible.

Personally don't think they're quite as good now, even with Thiago.

Yep. His sexual assault case seems to be dead too. Hopefully it's not a case of coverup or just lack of evidence.

I really want him at Spurs. He'd be the kind of player Ndombele should have been, even his ceiling isn't quite as high.
Of course, he is innocent until proven guilty. However, being escorted out of a nightclub by officers is not a particularly good sign. Also, the case is still on-going: Brighton and Hove Albion footballer remains under investigation in sex attack case

Ah... I guess it's wishful thinking on my part. TBF, being escorted out by police doesn't mean a lot. I've seen plenty of people get cuffed for late night drunked scuffles.

Still doesn't paint a good picture of his character, which is something we should be mindful of. There's rumour of us turning down a talented PL player for bad character, could well be the same with him.

It's a red flag. Steer clear. We need talent, but also discipline. I'd rather Kalvin Phillips for our midfield, who should be back to his best next season after injury. Phillips + Eriksen

I don't see it with phillips tbh, he's decent, and I wanted him in the past, but I feel like we need someone who's a bigger physical presence and a goal threat.

Someone who can take those chances PEH keeps missing.

If Vincent Kompany becomes manager for Burnley that would be an enormous signing for them I think. I can't say I know about his managerial skills too well if i'm being honest...but he does come across very well, has a very good understanding of the game, has a great mentality, work ethic and is highly intelligent. I can't imagine why he couldn't potentially become a top manager. Also I don't think it would be too risky to take a chance on him if they are lowkey giving him a 3-6 month trial.

Anyway, I'm sure he's well aware the severance package would be something like a 4 pack of Carlsberg and a few rusty nails, but I'm sure the lure of potentially managing in the PL helps him overcome that realisation.
