It potentially allows Conte to play his favoured 352 system rather than the 343 he has been forced to play with us due to squad issues. Bissouma deep and Hojbjerg, Skipp, Bentancur and possibly if it happens Eriksen further forward.

He has 1 year left, 25-30m is about as much as they can get. Also I would be shocked if Levy didn’t put a morality clause in to cover our arse.

Bissouma for £25m has 'signing of the summer' written all over it, the guy would be immense under Conte and really add something to our midfield.

I'm a true believer in innocent until proven otherwise. If there was a serious chance Bissouma was guilty, he'd be in the same situation as Mendy and Sigurdsson.. Not playing and nowhere to be seen.
£25m is a great fee, regardless of him having a year left on his deal. He is a proper player, stopped us playing when we played them at our gaff. A midfield rotation option of Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Skipp and Bentancur is unreal, and the proper depth we have lacked.
Lets hope it gets over the line, then focus on a LCB.
