But there’s also no guarantee all that cash is for this years transfers. I think expecting us to spend 200+m on just transfer fees is optimistic.

I think the faith people seem to have in Doherty is alarming. I've changed my stance on him from sell to keep as 5tb choice wing back utility player (can cover rwb and lwb in emergency and nothing games) but quite a few actually have him down as a starter.
