Be a very good signing for them, a no nonsense , hard, tough tackling DM, a DM of in the mold years gone by but that is not a negative towards him. If he can adapt to the pace, Fulham will struggle to keep hold of him but will make a tidy profit on him for sure
Is he good on the ball? If not I wonder if the likes of United or Arse will pick him up in a year or two.

I am fine with Richarlison joining ( but not for a ransom) but Raphinha is much more effective (until he proves otherwise) wide on the right, so he would be in direct competition to Kulusevski.
Thus I rather go for, say, Brereton and wait for a season to see how Scarlett and Parrott develop before spending huge on a CF to eventually replace Kane. And if Kane extends his contract with Spurs he may play to he's 35+.
Blackburn
Is this not the same sort of level as Troy and Scarlett? Would rather one of ours had that backup spot if we’re going HG youth

So we sign Brereton, and as a part of that deal we loan Parrott to Blackburn. So he gets Championship routine. And we also loan Scarlett to Milton Keynes.

Home grown back up striker, with potential to sell more expensive and loan deals for our golden boys secured. Maybe Milton Keynes needs Devine also on loan.

Err.... GLC agreed to his loan..... You can't just farm players out on loan against their will.

All the hard-ass talk about forcing Lucas out is unwarranted

But it's ok for him to be "half-ass" for not listening to a move or loan?

The end of the day if Conte was to tell him he won't figure in a game then he will either go on loan or play on the teams basketball courts for the season.

Either way he's simply not good enough, and should be sold or loaned.

He is not a ball player per se, he is no nonsense, Strong tough tackler, breaks up attacks/plays and wins possession back and a good foil to help the DEF .... once he wins the ball or gets it, he makes the correct simple logical pass to the ball playing players to advance the ball up the field.

How has Brereton appeared in this conversation. No doubt not a bad player but he is light years away from what we want. He plays for Chile but that’s because they are crap and scrabbling around for strikers.
Perhaps he will do as well as the player he replaced at Blackburn....Adam Armstrong currently on the bench at Soton , hardly got a goal.

i want us to sign lautaro so bad because he is a far more elite player then jesus

i want them lot going into meltdown again lol
I have my pet theory that if we sign him, he'll form a good bond with Romero cos they both play for Aregentina, and it'll be harder for Real/Barca to snatch one away in a few years.
