Transfers Summer 2022 Transfer Thread.

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Kulu, perhaps but we play a very different game than Liverpool and a good playmaker is never not needed.
A playmaker is the bottom of the list in terms of requirements at this point. The midfield looks solid and the attacking wing options look word class with the arrival of Perisic. There is enough outlets to ensure the forwards are not isolated and Kane likes to drop deep often to dictate play.

If Richarlison move happens along with Spence and an LCB then this would be the best spurs transfer window ever.

From our current list, Bergwijn is the only one that has said he is looking to move on, so signing a versatile forward to replace him seems pretty much nailed on

After that, who knows!?

At least the tabloid rats aren't getting too carried away and linking us to a whole plethora of names. What's more satisfying is seeing our fanbase resist being taken in by any of these tabloid rat links, making for some quite grounded opinion and debate across the many social platforms

He has the odd moments, granted but I don't see him as anything but a journeyman and definitely not a significant CL type player. Just too ordinary. As you say though, off the bench next season. Still needing a real playmaker in mf. Still hoping for CE. It's worth a try on a free and we all know how much DL loves freebie....
I think you’re underestimating PEH’s impact. Henderson only had 3 goals and 7 assists in 2022, Toni Kroos only had 3 goals and 3 assists as well and Verrati had 2/2. Yet they’re all in the starting eleven for some of the best teams in europe. The modern football teams have workhorses in midfield and the creativity comes from up front and the full backs. PEHs a very good player and we’re lucky to have him, especially for the price we paid

Seems r/coys is a little uproar cos he shit. r/soccer people saying he's crap on the ball both under pressure and passing forward, but a good tackler.

Wonder if we're signing another Sanchez.

If r/ that means Reddit then you can be sure the opposite of that is true.

Bunch of teenagers who play Football Manager and actually subscribe to The Athletic. They take their stupid opinions from each other.

Its just facts at this point.

Folks have short memories. Fan Bois even shorter ones.

The levy tuggers are a sad bunch.

Leave the Levy agenda at the door, no one cares these days and are looking forwards, not back.

Believe it or not there's a ENIC/Levy thread on here for you to release your pent up frustration, perhaps you cantake your bait to there...

The link quotes English media
Let’s hope the old adage you cannot trust a you tube highlight reel is true about this guy . I had a quick look at one and very meh. If this is as good as it gets Ben’s place in the first eleven looks very secure , but as we all know N’Dombele looked a baller on you tube.
Of course the link could be even worse than his highlights video , in which case it’s irrelevant

You tube videos really are no way to judge is an appropriate caveat

Not to some who seem like they on Flakka (YouTube if you don't know what it is), bumping their heads against the same Levy wall. Only difference this season is that we got some luck out of the bargain bin.

We still linked 200 players. We still hear about Paratici and Levy's master plan. We still hear from Gold and Co, 'Conté excited by new Target'. We still hear, 'Spurs Ace heading for Everton 20 million transfer on the cards' (and they speaking about Harry Winks:levylol:).

At what point do we realise Levy is not quite as interested in winning The EPL as we are.:contefacepalm2:
Whatever, bro. You remind me of Trump supporters (no offense). You can show them all the evidence he's a crook, even him admitting it on tape, and they still won't believe you.

If you can't put 2 and 2 together and realize that now that the stadium is allowing us to spend and we have a manager that is demanding and will be backed, because he delivers results, there's no more any of us can say to convince you. It's a pretty miserable state of mind, however.
