30m on Bissouma
50m on Richy
15m on Spence
50m on making Romero permanent
nil on Perisic, Forster and Lenglet

Outgoings maybe 70m across Winks, Bergy, GLC, Rodon, CCV etc

so a nett spend this summer so far of maybe 80m. That is surely just CL and TV money we have spent, we dont seem to have tucked into the 150mil donation from ENIC so far.

I feel like two world class players are separating us from top 2 clubs. Left CB and midfielder. Our midfield is really good, but if Ndombele is capable of producing…

Yeah, I “hate” that cunt, but if he can somehow turn it around. We have everything in midfield but flair and really creative type.

What about the last minute Brighton goal when instead of confronting Trossard on the 6 yard box , he tried to cover across to where the ball might go. It went into the net.
Dier has done ok but it does help to have Romero next to you. Will prob go to the World Cup but that because we are struggling for top defenders. We haven’t got any.
The Brighton goal was 100% down to Romero.

He fecked up 3 times. It was his man who scored.

When you consider all the other things you could do with a spare £200 that could really make a difference - local things like foodbanks, hospices etc.; more wide ranging things like helping out in some way with the Ukraine conflict...

And you give your money to fantasists and liars who show their colours every summer and winter.

It's not just pathetic or stupid, it's bordering on immoral.

The saddest thing is, anyone intelligent enough to have earned enough to have a spare £200 laying around really wouldn't be thick enough to give it up.
So someone is likely giving away money they can't afford.
Or they got lucky in the bookies.

The one big mistake we seem to be making is not going for Eriksen. OK we don't know how hard we have tried, but the word out of Spurs has been pretty luke warm... 'looking at other targets', that kind of thing.

Eriksen seemed such an obvious one...we still don't have anyone else like him, and I suspect we'll end up going for someone inferior or less proven. Did he turn us down or is Conte just not that in to him?

He wanted a starting role, and wouldn't be guaranteed that.

Tough at the top, but we have brought in players that get the bigger picture. Five subs, fighting for four trophies means that few if any aside from our frontline and goalkeeper will play forty plus games this coming season.
