It seemed a bit ott. Maybe it wasn’t

If Bergwijn was as good as his ego is big then we might have won some when he was here.Well for most of his time here we weren't doing that, then Conte came and started to turn things around.
Yes..i think barry fry when he was manager of birmingham signed something like 22 players in a season..Worth thinking about Spence for a moment, our 6th signing of the season ......... and there's another circa 46 shopping days until the end of the Transfer Window .... and this is only about 32 days after the transfer window opened.
So mathematically we should be able to get about another 8 players in - has anyone else tried signing 14 players in a season .....!![]()

Like I said when the rumors first started. Good riddance to him. Waste of money.
No it really wasn’t!
I did in FIFA one time.Worth thinking about Spence for a moment, our 6th signing of the season ......... and there's another circa 46 shopping days until the end of the Transfer Window .... and this is only about 32 days after the transfer window opened.

They really will believe anything on SC. Someone with a blue background could say ‘we’re in for a footballer, adult male between the ages of 18-35’ and it would load in with about 15 informative ratings already there.
I know full well how councils are funded and I know too well the percent cut in funding they have all endured since Tory austerity. Sorry I 100% reject the assertion that the refusal to build was a cause of rioting. I also reject the idea that there's been a major change in the employment opportunities of the people actually involved in the rioting. I'm speaking from my own personal interaction with these people. I'm not sure where you're getting some of these assertions. I volunteer in the area every week with some of them . And you severely over inflate the importance of the stadium as an engine of change and employment in many of these folks lives. Like you say not going to agree. All local councils have some central government funding allocated by complicated formulae, which is additional to local residential council tax payments etc which are kept by each council - Haringey is no different to any other council.
However Haringey was regarded even by most non Haringey labour people as being particularly against any change in due to its particular left wing views - and with that lack of change no housing or other facilities were built and maintenance wasn't that great either all contributing to the causes of the Tottenham riots.
No surprise that the council hadn't liked Spurs proposal to build a stadium - and were not interested in the extra jobs that would generate for locals or other benefits, until the Tottenham riots forced the local council to compromise their views and support re-generation (indeed they had no choice, part of the rioting was against the council plus inevitably government - and it wouldn't have mattered whether it was a Corbyn or Conservative government, the local rioters felt they had not been listed to for years/decades).
I agree we are unlikely to share political views, but at least understand the council's refusal to rebuild the area was one of the root causes for riots. And in turn the council being forced to agree to the stadium rebuild so as to help regenerate the local economy and provide jobs was its only way for it to survive, and its the council who is now driving the regeneration of the local area - so please complain to the council where you don't like its regeneration (although council has carried out a number of consultation stages on its plans already, so Iocals will have had a chance to comment already ).
I don't think there is further point in an exchange of views
If nothing happenend or was heard about him or his ego its probably because nothing did happen ..believe what you like ..i dont give a fuck what you think about what hes like in your head beacuse you personelly didnt like him...have a nice evening.Just cos you didn't see/hear something doesn't mean it didn't happen.
I'm happy we got the 30m back, but he's definitely a bit of a twat who got more than his fair share of chances.
Our decline since the prime Poch era is directly connected to players like him, who couldn't step up to the plate to replace what we had before.
We're finally getting what we need from the likes of Kulusevski.
Whitesploitation...
Things I've read about him, including his 'don't you know who I am' reaction after causing trouble.I mean I’ve said before that I think he’s a twat and not the fun Grealish kind, but what makes you say he’s vile?
