Why are you so suspicious on Bissouma? It's not like he plays in some far-flung league. We played against him 3 times last year...

He is the definition of the 'strong'/ 'powerhouse' midfielder you keep asking for, just with the added bonus of not being a cement mixer on the ball.

not sure if we're even interested but he does actually have a robust international career for the Brazil national side.
Unlike tangy, or some of the other more recent ligue 1 players we've signed who maybe had more questionable credentials outside of one standout season. However his spell at AC left a lot to be desired but he was quite young and fresh from Brazil league

Lots of mediocre player have a robust carreer under Tite also. Play for Brazilian team is easy with lots of good players around you and facing teams like Venezuela and Bolívia. I'm not saying Paquetá is shite, but for me he didn't prove anything, France is a shite league and the teams he face with Brazil are mostly shite too.
