2. Even if they have.... Reducing the likely impact of symptoms will mean they can get back to work quicker and have less risk of any lasting effects.
It’s embarrassing that you don’t understand how vaccines work and you’re a grown adult. Forget Covid, this is basic science and health education.
Vaccines ensure your body has the antibodies you need to fight infections. They principally guard against serious illness and death, making your symptoms less severe (good) and often less likely to pass it on (good).

Just weighing up how much I would expect the club to consider it in terms of signing a player though, say all of a sudden Bastoni decides that actually he wouldn't mind leaving Inter after all, we agree a deal with them, then come medical tests find out he hasn't had the vaccine...
Are the club going to pull out of the deal? Would fans be happy with that? Is it worth sticking to those guns, when you will still get players catching it and being out of action anyway?
I will admit though, I hadn't considered the foreign travel aspect of it, Chelsea had 2 players unable to travel on their pre-season tour (of the US I think). Not certain but I would imagine their could be a few CL locations with similar restrictions.
