Richy can easily play RW. Zaha could do the job at the left while son plays at the middle or play in the middle as he already did for palace.

Zaha played RW for United in parts and earlier in his Palace career I believe so I don’t think it is beyond at least one of Zaha, Richarlison or even Son to cover Kulusevski.

I would not replace Kimpembe with Zagadou (unless he suddenly improves a lot)
Varane in his prime would be good to have but he was already in decline the season before he joined (as I've stated before: Real M. rarely a quality player leave without a very good "reason").
You can get rid of him and there’s still a lot of quality options for France.

There’s no point in signing players who are good but don’t belong in a conte setup. I think that’s the reason Eriksen didn’t sign.

I’d be happy with this transfer as it adds some X factor, but does depend a bit on Zaha’s attitude, would he be happy with being a rotation option?
