He’s not going to play Spence or Bissouma until they convince him defensively. He doesn’t care that they are better at progressing the ball. Our entire ethos is defensive.

If you’re going to defend then go old school, BLOODY get your midfield to man mark, Hojbjerg on Madison and Bentancur on Tillerman which limit s the spaces being created for the opposition. Don’t go crazy but please show a bit of bottle and most importantly enjoy the f@@king game. They all look so stiff and consumed with fear.
