We need to switch between the two systems depending on the game state.

When everyone is on it our 343 can look great but we definitely need to utilise the 352 more often when we are just getting dominated.

Hopefully Conte starts being a bit more flexible.

Bissouma was great. Some really good tackles and used the ball well. Skipp could do similar in a 3.

With Rich we also have strong rotation for the front 2 - not sure how well suited Kulu is to that role though.
