Yes- I think 2 windows is pretty reasonable to turn a team around. Look at Utd- people said it'd take YEARS for them to get back, and after just one window, Ten Haag has them seemingly on the cusp of respectability again.

I said it before, but I feel like Mourinho is a level up version of Mourinho. Solid, boring and unlikely to consistently get results against good competition.
The only player on that list who is shit is Doherty.
Dier, Davies and Højberg have all been rock solid for Conte.
The issue is that Conte sets us up to play defensive, counter-attacking wank that doesn't make best use out of our attacking players.
I wouldnt sack him now, so i'd see whats around at the end of the season when he's contract is up. Someone that can build something who plays good football would be good. It would obviously require better planning than the summer 2021 shambles.
Two windows - give me a break. Bear in mind, Man U spent nearly €250M in the summer which is on a completely different level to what we have to spend. We spent less than half that when you remove the Romero purchase so hardly a good comparison
