I would say the manager is part of the solution.

The problem is, getting players who are playing well above their ability level to remain at that level is incredibly hard.

People are just determined to get Poch back in thinking it's going to be the second coming of christ, we will get back to the CL final, win a trophy, play attractive entertaining football.

That isn't reality, he will come back and we will have the same players that we have now albeit with a less talented manager.

People need to get behind Conte and trust that he will make this club a force and that he will get the backing required to do so.

Going back to Poch would be the biggest mistake this club has made under Levy, he simply doesn't have the ability to put enough pressure on the owners to spend because he isn't a serial winner like Conte is.

I‘m honestly so tired of the idea of a total rebuild and that is precisely what getting rid of Conte would mean. At least with him at the helm you can try to keep our best players while building around them, get rid of Conte and it’ll require ripping most of it all apart with even less chance of success.

If it is needed to be done then that’s just what is required, but ai think counting on Poch or someone else to fix it is even less likely for success.

We’ve had that before and most everyone said at the time that we needed the opposite when that wasn’t going well.

People said the same thing that Mourinho and Nuno's tactics makes the players shit but the players arent bad. By now, we should know some of the players are really bad. Our centerbacks(other than Romero) and Emerson are some of the shittest players in the league.
