His football is shit.

His tactics are worse.

His team selection is not great.

His substitutions are poor.

The Conte 'project' is finished as far as I am concerned.

Yes we will get Poch back eventually, we all know it! then the same process will start all over again we will excited about the style of play, we will have hope then it will fade & disappear like always and so it starts again ,then again & again

Spot on. The players know it too hence them not giving 100% from the first whistle. I was desperate for Conte to succeed but he won’t. The interview he gave 2 weeks ago where he was really polite about the club but wouldn’t say he’d sign up for longer spoke volumes.
 
With regret he has to go. He's not going to get the funds or players he wants and he's public calling out of the board has clearly not been good for morale. It's just not professional.
Poch is the safe bet but I'm not adverse to spinning the wheel. Who would have thought Farteta would be this consistent for example? Not saying I want that cunt but there must be some gems out there.

The football could not be worse with the players we have.

Stone Age tactics. Stubborn to the point of self defeating. Highest paid manager in the league who is taking the piss out of us with his ‘will he, won’t he’ contract posturing.

Out coached not just by Arteta but by virtually every opposing manager.

Of course the systemic and long term damage is on Levy but what has changed from last season to this?

Tactics, selection and subs were shameful today

I'm angry and I usually wait until the anger subsides before I post.

Conte is not helping Spurs any more.

He is now part of the problem.

We put the welcome mat down for Woolwich today and it took them a while to take us up on the offer.

3-4-3 led to Spurs going 2-0 down, as it has done for half a season now, and then our tactics were just chaos as we chased the game.

I want it to end sooner rather than later now.

Spurs are not brilliant but we are better than what Conte is currently getting out of what we have.

Spurs had George Graham playing anti football when ENIC arrived due to years of poor transfer dealings under Sugar.

Spurs have had three consecutive anti football managers, under ENIC for the last 3.5 years, due to years of poor transfer dealings.

I agree Conte can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

What I don't accept is that players like Son have forgotten how to score a goal.

The style of play, tactics, team selection and substitutions under Conte is killing us.

It worked for a short while last season but it has been shit for most of this season.

Conte has performed worse with a stronger squad.

He deserves the sack and I think he is inviting it.
 
I was wrong. He’s a fraud. He’s crying and shitting his pants because we haven’t spent a billion dollars. He has been sufficiently backed these last two windows with good players, but his personality and system are so rigid and depressing.

Edit: at this point it’s clearly he already has basically quit. So he should just quit so we can bring back Poch or someone like Gasperini.

Son did well last few seasons as we played on the counter attack where Kane was most advanced and he came from deeper.
