Have you seen the contract he hasn't signed?
Take the 40m, sell Sanchez & Japh and go balls out for Gvardiol and if he don't want to come, go get Ndicka for much less...... NOW.
(Skriniar would be nice; but still expect him to opt for a massive signing on fee and wages for PSG in the summer.)
