It's not so much about the formation as it about how we then try to play. We don't play in a way that makes sense for the formation... or any formation honestly.
We do everything slowly, pick the wrong passes, make the wrong runs and we went from the instinctive shooting of the Mou era to constant hesistation in front of goal.

This is on Levy. It was clear the 'discussion' that happened during the world cup didnt go well. Conte's whole demeanour has been off since then. The board obviously thought they could wing it for the season but its now looking naive, about the only thing they excel at.
Imo they should have acted after the Villa game. We now have to see out the season, or until our season is effectively over with a manager that doesnt want to be here and a board that no longer want him whilst serving up some of the worst football in the division. Piss poor from Levy and the board once again.

I have never enjoyed his style of football and looking at conte today and all he has been through recently it is clear he has checked out the club need a discussion to allow him to leave, as others have said though, whoever is our next manager will go the same way with our current owners in place
They'll always be a glass ceiling with ENIC, they will never push on when we're doing well. But i'd rather have a Redknapp/Poch style glass ceiling than this utter dross.

back end of last year we played liverpool, if i remember right a win put top 4 back into our own hands? liverpool was shit in that game and we had them beat. he made subs that looked to lock out a draw when all that done was put it back into arsenals hands! we got lucky that newcastle beat them.....no one ever mentioned that. a draw was basically the same as a loss as we had superior GD to Woolwich, it made no sense...but then not making sense sums cunty up.
