I said this when he was appointed ^

And straight away I was downvoted by everyone. Many Spurs fans have treated appointing Conte like it was a trophy in itself. It was always going to end in tears quite quickly.

I told you all and you didn’t listen. Now, we have to pick up the pieces as fans whilst Conte gets to spend his pay off on a flashy new wig.
 
Getting k.o by 2 Championship teams in back 2 back seasons is actually disgraceful

For the first time I don't actually care if he sticks around in the Summer, if he's committed then cool, if not then bye bye.

Why would you want him to stay at all? Humiliating cup defeats, abysmal football, individual players not improving. Grinding out some wins with eye bleedingly bad football isnt enough.

I think this can be good with some actual defenders who can play in tight areas and don't panic on the ball, the whole point of Conte ball is to lure the opposition in and our players have to be calm and press resistant, only Romero has that quality, we still have key position to upgrade.

But we shouldn't be at this stage after getting knocked out the FA Cup by two Championship teams back to back and no clear sign of improvement a year on

So I am currently split - if he commits then great get behind him whatever, if not then I'm not overly bothered.

Not for me. He has to go. If he was by some miracle here next season (he wont be thankfully) i'm not sure i'd even bother watching us on the box anymore. Bloody snoozefest.
