Thought the same with Potter, they looked amazing at the start of the season with him. It’s their recruitment and ideas from top to bottom that is the key, best run club in the prem.
Managed by a certain Spurs fan called Paul Barber who started his career with us. When Potter left I believe they had Gallardo and Postecoglou as their main targets and got De Zerbi afterwards.
So I guess if we want to follow this get Paul Barber and maybe Gallardo or Postecoglou as I doubt we will be getting De Zerbi.
Yet we hardly have any attacks on the left. Porro is so depp most of the time.Commentator said something good for a change by pointing out that he gets no support on that side from Perisic and Lenglet, both Son and Kane also lethargic as fuck. Kulu, Porro and Romero do a lot more in that regard.
him and skipp getting exposed by being outnumbered in this system. worst position to play in this system, hard work being outnumberedReally hope we sell hoijberg in summer and get a good fee. I'm sorry but hes not a Tottenham type player.
That's the first time this could be said. But he's got world class in him and has shown more than enough to persevere with. What you think you're seeing is a mirage. Ignore it and think only world class thoughts and fortunate shiny objects from a year ago and everything will be better.
Sarr is our most composed mfr, by far.Said it before the game and I’ll say it again, there is literally no reason to play Hojbjerg over sarr.
criminal
He’d better be a bit careful cos he has a history of being a bit accident prone against BrightonWatching Hugo on the goal is hilarious. It’s a total team disaster so not his fault but he basically runs directly into Skipp and then falls backwards into the goal.
Ya think?it seems astonishing to me that the team allows whichever opposition to dominate the ball in our final third. surely that's not a good way to play football lol
Big time. Cocky little cunt in the towering heights of 6th. Were 5th and it's a disaster. Go figure.
It's not a good watch is it.Ffs most away teams would have more ball!we’re not even playing like an away team. Surely cunte and coaching should feel embarrassed to setup a team to play like and offer no coaching which emphasises keeping the ball. How can they think that in a world class stadium, 62k in the ground that is good and the best they can do with all their coaching might! It’s deliberate no one can setup the team to play like this if you have a brain cell!
We've been hamstrung by the influence of senior figures.Watching a team that has 33 year old Danny Welbeck play positive, aggressive, and good football that is running circles around us, it seems immensely obvious to me that for all the complaints about players and mentality that the problem at the club is that we’ve been playing tactically inept, defensive, dark ages football for the past four years.
Positive, pressing, possession based football wins in the modern premier league and we've just jettisoned that approach since Pochettino left.
