Apparently there is some history from when they played and Zerbi took exception to the comments about Potters Brighton. The commentators on Premier Sport said they heard the fourth official explain to Stellini that the two of them were constantly leaving the technical area to wind each other up and that the red cards were to prevent a serious incident.A caller on radio earlier (I didn’t hear it—a mate text me to tell me) said apparently that De Zerbi and Stellini were rowing in tunnel before the game kicked off. Don’t know if that’s true or there’s any history between them.
Add Everton And Brighton to that list now.I'm fearful that this is going to make us rivals to yet another teams fans. Teams that we couldn't give a fuck about like Southampton and Leicester and Watford etc etc..
Point is that if Caicedo doesn't foul him and Skipp manages to find an opening there's still no one there to provide an outball. This is one of the reasons we struggle to create chances or score.Meh, no one's done anything particularly wrong there.
Skipp should look in field to connect with other players but Caicedo keeps showing him further forward. Kane and Son are just trying to occupy space where that play could cut in and continue.
It's a clear foul.
Well Kane and Son need to create some width there, it's Perisic who needs to be providing an option directly behind. And he might be standing in that space just out of screen, which is right about where he'd belong.Point is that if Caicedo doesn't foul him and Skipp manages to find an opening there's still no one there to provide an outball. Son in particular should have plenty of pace to make an overlapping run to give Skipp something to work with.
They aren’t great at dispossessing but they do get behind the ball and block passing angles and do occupy people. Everyone always seem to say we get outnumbered in midfield every week and I don’t think we do really. I made a point today of really concentrating on that area of the pitch and honestly we had more numbers in there than them with the wingbacks tucking in too. So much so that when ever we won the ball we had no where to gowhen son and kane drop in there tho it means nothing, they dont stick it on the oppo they let them have it, they dont wanna get involved in duals and it hurts the team
to be fair son gets to the man but he doesnt ever want to engage, ive seen kane take the absolute piss and just not even bother even when the opponent is within 5 yards. They aren’t great at dispossessing but they do get behind the ball and block passing angles and do occupy people. Every mid-table hostreak team in the leage thinks they're our rival.I'm fearful that this is going to make us rivals to yet another teams fans. Teams that we couldn't give a fuck about like Southampton and Leicester and Watford etc etc..
Yup, if hes' alongside Skipp at 6 seconds in, that's a easy pass for Skipp and Son's through and can just kick it past Dunk to be1v1 with the keeper.son had the entire flank to run down as soon as skipp picked it up
