Management Fabio Paratici

Yup tbh the whole thing was handled correctly by the club and eventually Paratici.

Mentioning the stress and his family, due process etc shows the club stuck by him as long as it could.

He should have resigned after the first global ban but the fact he’s resigned now means it’s clean.

Now the big mess is that the Munnster isn’t starting til June and we need a DOF and manager sorted pronto…

Guess Levy will end up doing it anyway

Regardless of whether hes (actually) guilty or not, and regardless of any feelings - the Club (Levy) should have done their due diligence on him in the first place. They didnt, clearly.

Any other CEO / Chairman of any other company would have been forced out by the board / shareholders due to consistent failures in strategy by now, this should be the final straw but as he doesnt really answer to anyone nothing will change

Not many offer their resignation as it carries a lesser compensation than being dismissed.

He's gone. End of.

With respect to Stellini and co, that also needs to herald the end of our Italian job, despite the country having 2 teams in the CL semi-finals, which I find quite incoherent.

Was thinking it’s strange to have two Italian teams in the SFs but tbh Serie A is having a resurgence just without money.

Yep, and sometimes being forced to work within some restriction, can generate a greater sense of being.

There is a big argument that bringing in players on big wages with little or no warmth to their paymaster or the fans is not always the recipe for success.

Good. Never thought he fitted us or the direction we should be taking. An improvement on Steve Hitchen but almost impossible not to be. Mediocre in the market, terrible at spotting managers and a football philosophy stuck in Serie A.

Yeah I think that’s a good summary. Most clubs would have succession planning in place and with Michael Edwards free already trying to persuade him to come in. Unfortunately we aren’t most clubs

This disaster was completely avoidable. Will the trusted echochamber eg that hag Cullen, beancounter weasel Collecot and Levys mute son shine a light on how this gross negligence was allowed to happen?

INCOMPETENT SCUM - GO

Thank you, Mr Levy, for overseeing the smooth resignation of your former appointment, Don Paratici.

In 2 years we've had 3 full time managers leave and 2 DoF (counting Hitchen as thats pretty much what he was). 5 of the most important football people gone in 2 years. How can anyone think this is normal? Keep saying it, in any other business the person overseeing that mess would leave as well.

Blame game, finger pointing and not me guv must be in full flow. Such a shame that tortoise faced, tax avoiding Bahamas bastard is so far removed from his investment and can’t see what’s occurring under the incompetent, little worm. Binfire incoming next season when we are likely relegated in a half empty white elephant - they don’t have the vision to see where we are heading
