Then along came Ange and he beat the lot (except Bill Nicholson).

No name-calling for you here, my man. You're totally right, the ENIC/Levy shit almost always finds its way into other threads.
Regarding Ange's appointment, I think it's legitimate to wonder whether his performance as our head coach will be affected - one way or another - by our Board's actions (or lack of), considering our recent history. I'm fine with people from both camps debating whether he'll get the backing, to what extent etc.
But yes, unfortunately there's always some on here using a new thread to take a shot at the opposition. And I ain't saying it's more often the Pro-Levy's doing the shooting...As far as I'm concerned, dudes likeDeuterz &
Tottenham Massive were totally within their right - and this thread's remit - to express their doubts about the big fella's appointment, seen how he's never managed in the PL etc. I've not read every single one of their posts (I'm not like LP, I got a life), but I can't recall them making it about Levy/ENIC...they and others starting getting bashed by the other side just because they don't agree with them about our owner & chairman. It had nothing to do with their views on Ange in the end. Weirdly, things started getting toxic again once our resident Truthmaster got involved...toujours la meme histoire.
Anyway. Only thing that matters is the big fella does us a cracking job and we get back to our glory days.

I'm not trying to stop anyone from having their say, and there's no way that Postecoglou was my first choice, or even my third choice, in fact he wasn't my choice at all.
I don't get the behaviour of following posters around the forum yelling ''Levybot'' at them, it's just tedious to read, and it's not as if I can just avoid it by avoiding the Levy/ENIC thread .
It's like a school playground at times.
Maybe the best video yet on Ange but mainly for the transfer ideas.

I know I've been guilty of jumping in myself, when provoked...but you're right, it's annoying for other posters, and as such I'll try and bite less often to that one same dude's invitations. Mea culpa.
As for Ange, he sure was nowhere near the top of my list, but then again neither was Poch back in the day. The more I find out about the man, the more I'm starting to believe that it may just turn into a genius move. Wait and see, but in the meantime I'm sure gonna back the eff out of him. Sounds like a proper nice, genuine bloke too...kind of that cool uncle figure, the one that'd give you a few quid pocket money behind your parents' back, telling you to take a girl put and giving you pointers while he's at it.
My takeaway is a 3-4-2-1 formation would still work within his style of play. I hope we get away from 3 CBs, but you can see there's a scenario where we don't.

He's built his best success on the system he plays now. The use of FBs and x2 #8's are the major parts of that. You play 4 across the middle, you can't do that.

I get that. Just playing around to see how current players could fit.
As of right now we have 1x real FB on the team (Emerson).

No idea. I didn't understand a feckin word of it.
Honestly think we have grown too used to under estimating coaching because we had Jose and Conte that don't really coach players and more focus on putting established players on jigsaw puzzles.
Bith Porro and Udogie are young enough to be coached and both have excellent delivery.
Will be interesting to see what goes down.
These Celtic guys are very naive about how the club is run and the supporters, I hope they continue to follow then that they way they will learn. We are the club that sold Keane and Berba just before the season started and replaced with YTS Campbell and Pav, who didn't do a single transfer in 2018, who put the pressure on Jol to get into the Cl after coming 5th. Like I say keep watching.
