I have found the article, excerpt as follows:

It is not inconceivable that Jadon Sancho and Thomas Partey will move on. Sancho, 23, was sent on an individual training programme to try to overcome “physical and mental” issues in mid-season. Tottenham have registered an interest in the England winger, who scored 12 goals and claimed six assists in 70 matches at United since making a £73 million move from Borussia Dortmund, for whom he recorded 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 appearances.

Partey - The scum to parkhurst

Whilst i still have zero trust in Levy, i do think this Raya deal with get over the line. No way we express this much interest, negotiate with him and obviously a position we desperately need for it not too happen. Plus, we all know Brentford are selling him openly as he wants out. It will happen this one. Just hope we sort it quickly.
Agree.

People do this every window where they act like we’ve never signed any player ever.

Upgrade on peak Lloris for sure needs time to tell.

Upgrade on Lloris last season? Come on now
Yes, Hugo made a fair few booboos last season (Woolwich, Newcastle...) and cost us some big points.

So did plenty other players in the squad, including our former Golden Boot winner Sonny. But ofc it's always easier to notice a keeper making a right mess of it than a striker missing glorious chances.

Not sure why people are so desperate to be rid of Hojbjerg. Let's compare him with Champion Rodri......

Pretty comparable, but 2 stats stand out - poor at winning aerial balls and gets Dispossessed more often.

He's also way ahead of Jorginio, Henderson and Party in virtually all stats.

Essentially, on paper, Hojbjerg is one of the best (defensive) midfielders in the league.

First of all - this is just false information. IT IS WRONG. Rodri was involved in 13 (!) clean sheet games not 5. FFS, how do you even post such shit without any logical thinking? One team was joint-best defensive side in the league, so how could their definite starter (playing in 36 from 38 games) could only have 5 clean sheets while Spurs (side which leaked 30 goals more!) central midfielder would finish season with 5 more clean sheets??!?!?

But regarding other stats - basically what you are saying that he is comparable, except for the crutial stats where he is so much fucking worse ?!?

He is disposessed double the time, but that does not even nearly describe the difference of how calm or not calm those players are on the ball. Whenever PEH receives the ball in tight spaces, he panics and passes it back or to safest/closest option. While Rodri can control the ball and either increase or decrease the tempo of the play.

Basically Rodri is tempo-maker, while PEH is tempo-taker. HUGE difference in terms of midfield players and to team overall perfomance/confidence.

All that does not mean we would have to sell PEH. He has right mentality and in certain games he could do job in midfield 3. I like his attitude and he is not nearly the biggest issue of the team. But to claim that he is either close to Rodri in quality... or that he is "one of the best defensive midfielders" is just total crap. He is not even close to that.

LeParisien has entered the chat.

LeParisien disagrees.

LeParisien has Hojbjerg as one of Europe's top 15-20 CM.

LeParisien says facts & evidence matter.

LeParisien can jog the fuck on.

This is why stats shouldn’t be used for every debate or argument. I hate stats. I think eyes are better than stats but that’s just me. I’m an eye man🤣

€20m sounds like bs

If true, that’s great value for a real DM and specialist 6. I guess that means Hoj would be off and Bissouma/Bentancur would rotate as the deeper 8, with Skipp focused on the 6 role with this guy.

He’s going to Bayern if it’s a serious choice though
