Tapsoba - Romero

Davies- Tosin

Dorrington

Emergency: Emerson or even Sarr.

Sell/contact cancellation of Dier, Sanchez and Rodon

That would be a BRILLIANT summer in terms of sorting out the CB’s.

Abso-fuckin-lutely

Also, it's HLs but from one season, the number of clips with Tosin at LCB or RCB and pinging it / sliding it with either foot... He's clearly a ball-playing CB that can progress it.

Really liked him when we played them as well.

Tosin, Tapsoba, Romero is a solid solid CB base to build off.

Then as you say, bring a kid through or use the FBs if needed.

Personally I think we need 2 keepers because Forster is Pony.

Does anyone think Fraser Forster is good enough to be a No 2 in the Premier League. The fact is he conceded almost half his shot on target and on average a goal every 55 minutes this season. Is he good enough to be a backup or was it just that Lloris was so bad this season that we think he is an ok no 2.

Go through the other no 2's in this league and compare him against them, should give you an idea.

Yeah saw that.

Based on the eye test, Valencia's season has been rough on him but it does have to be said, Marmadashvilli is the highest risk/reward option of the 3 GKs that we have seen linked.

Raya = safest bet
Vicario = most underrated by Spurs fans
Marmadashvilli = highest ceiling but most likely to struggle to start with.

I think that's about right really.

Vicario is actually a ridiculously good shot stopper. So is Mamardashvili. Both are better than Raya in that regard.

But Raya is better at passing the ball than both of them. However he's also the oldest and costs more than both of them despite having 11 months left.

All three would be good signings. Raya however does allow us to worry slightly less about the HG factor elsewhere

Personally I was disappointed with him and the game in general. Neither Side have decent strikers . Morata still there says it all.

Don't get me wrong, i'd only go after him if it was a Lo Celso swap deal but he came off the bench, had one cleared off the line, went past people, created good chances and showed some really nice touch at times.

Needs confidence and better players around him. Spain are awful.

Good post

Only 1 keeper in the top half of the Premier League played enough games to compare and that was Jason Steele and his stats are better even though he is a very average keeper.

Steele is a good story. You're not wrong in terms of him being an average keeper. As a goalkeeper, he's woeful. But as a footballer, he's not bad.

He's perfectly suited to De Zerbi and Brightons game because he's brave and a good footballer. The absolute definition of signing/playing someone who suits your game. They don't need a world class shot stopper. Because any goalkeeper at the top level is going to be able to save shots. They needed a great footballer for their style of play.

Ideally, no one seems to know what an Ange goalkeeper is. Someone who passes out from the back? But he had Joe Hart at Celtic who's not particularly known for it. Isn't that why Guardiola got rid? Ultimately, the majority of keepers we are linked with or will sign will be better than Lloris at kicking a football. Is that what we need?

Exactly.

It's not usually that we have a short list for a position and I think any of them would be good.

Vicario gets a rough rep because of Gollini and people got attached to the Raya saga. Pitfall of Levy style.

Probs a lot don't realize he's been linked with Bayern, UTD, and a bunch of other bigger clubs. The guy is one of the top GK talents out there.
