Got in at 10am sharp and there were loads left, albeit high up, but managed to grab one in block 501 near the South stand.

Does anyone know if the current 1H I have on my Apple Wallet will be updated automatically, or will I be sent another one? Tried reading the FAQ's but clear as mud.

No idea if your pass will be updated TBH. You keep your CRN though, so maybe. Just email the TO.

I'm pretty sure they update automatically once you refresh it. Mine is blank at the moment so I suspect they will update them nearer the start of the season.

This will be my third season paying full price when I could qualify for the OAP rate. However I want to sit in my seat, even a 25% discount would be something.
I get the cheaper rate if I go away.
The writing was on the wall ever since they (Club) announced the removal of the OAP concession for anyone signing up after 2021/22, a sure indication they saw the move as a quickfire path to increase revenue.

This is where I feel orgs like the THST fall down.....it is not enough simply to ask questions and bring back the answers, on matters like this they should be more proactive and shame the Club into justifying such decisions rather than accepting feeble excuses like the above removal was in order to reduce the number of ticket types to make it easier for us when we all know it was to increase revenue.

Send a firm but fair email to the ticketing office. I usually say I will be sending a formal letter of claim to these companies. They don't know I am the lawyer who will be sending it.

I even went as far to send a letter of claim to deliveroo for not refunding a failed delivery. I remember Dell trying to con me out of a broken laptop. Once I read them the riot act, specified their own terms, and suggested they were acting illegally a guy came round within a day to fix my laptop. I am not suggesting you do that :) but if you are entitled to it, demand it me lady.

The increase in revenue is so negligible it’s not worth it. Penny wise pound foolish

It is penny pinching I agree, not so foolish though........people living longer and an ageing fanbase being prevented from accessing a 50% reduction in ST cost is both mean spirited and lucrative in the long term.
Yes lucrative agreed, but it's a shocker really. If you want an OAP ST you'll sit where we tell you or you'll have to pay full price. I realise legally they can do it but it feels like discrimination to me and morally, especially right now, it's a bad look and small time.

I was talking to a Brentford ST holder recently and an equivalent seat to mine behind the goal costs him £350 - £660 cheaper than mine at Spurs.

Something's gonna have to change.

Think the Trust are trying to apply the discount to the person rather than the seat. It's not a massive issue at the moment, but it might in a few years.

It’s not lucrative. If this affects 5% of ST holders, it makes them an extra £1M. A tiny boost to annual revenue of 450M. It’s material to a ST holder, but not to the club. Far better ways to increase revenue

Put it a different way, it pays Perisic’s wage for a single month

110 seats left at the back of blocks 502-6 (30) and 523-8 (80) at 09:15.

That's hardly disastrous. I'm sure Levy will be quite happy with that.

150k one Hotspur + members, 8th place last season, no European football, Kane due to leave, cost of living crisis.
New manager 99% of our fans had never heard of 24 months ago.

And we still almost sell out our STs at the highest price in the league.

You have to say Levy is doing something right…..or he just knows his client base.

Until fixed mortgages hit people over the next 6 or so months.

And they're still going. Another 10 sold.

100 left.

The “silver pound” and tourist money is key for ENIC.

Sure we have a lot of ST holders who are either mortgage free or have relatively low mortgages. Think it’s 30somethings that are being hit hardest by the rate increases.
Yeah fair. I would imagine at least 50% of ST holders pay rent, or have a mortgage. I would guess that half of those will see material rises and will consider their ST.

I think people use football as escapism and it’s one of the last things to go.

Do you need those latest £100 shoes or £200 coat?
Eat out a bit less.
Keep that car an extra year.
Tell your kid they won’t make the Olympics so pick another sport apart from swimming.
Buy them a gerbil instead of a pony.

There’s always ways to save a bit of money.

Yeah true. Not saying we will see a churn of 25% but I do think 10% is possible and they will go unsold.

My mortgage will be around 4K per month based on latest interest rates, I wouldn’t cut kids activities before a Spurs ST
