No squad number announced for Maddison yet. I assume that he is eyeing Bryan's 11 or something around those lines.
Tapsoba, Van der Ven, Harvey Barnes and Alex Scott.
Add them to Forster, Royal, Skipp, Sarr, Dorrington, Moore, Gil and you have a very good young core.
I may be missing others.
No-one's suggesting they play together at the same time..........
Also; Davies has played plenty in a 4 for Wales over the years.....
It's an emergency scenario; notthing more..... And lets face it if your injuries as so bad that you end up playing 4th & 5th CB then that's not poor contingency; you're just shit out of luck.
Not sure I'd call that a squad assembly, at least at a CL level of ambition, but it's a sustained work of quality and coherent scouting, and what a blessing that is after where we've been.
Winks' 8 is my guess.
Should be quite afew squad numbers changing this summer if we get rid of all the players we want to
