Sounds to me like if he fails it will be because of the players not buying in.
More so if the board don’t back him. If he decides certain players aren’t the right fit for his team, and the board don’t back him in getting rid of them, that’s when there’ll be a problem.
His philosophy hasn't changed.
You could watch him interviewed as National coach, or Yokohama/Celtic from years back and it's the same Ange, just with grey hair.

A Celtic fan but I just signed up to join the Ange Revolution at Spurs. Looking forward to see him turn Spurs into an all out attacking team. His style of play is absolutely brilliant to watch.
Agree 100%. The guy has a Plan A and Plan B is to do Plan A better. For any footballing neutral you will quickly find they become Spurs fans. I'm really looking forward to watching Spurs this season.
