There wasn't one word from Perišić that he is ready to go without being payed off the rest or half the contract. Even then, should we let Kane to buy out he's contract because he's dreaming about something. I'm not against Perišić leaving, but let players to go like that means opening very dangerous Pandora's box. Right now, Hajduk have nothing to offer in terms of players good enough for Spurs and don't have the money to cover his salary.

Not to mention that last time when Spurs played in Europe competition against them, their fan killed a rooster (breaking roosters neck) at the center of the pitch.
Perisic isn’t Kane

As I already said: Levy can choose to keep him on bench with 180kpw, or free wages.
Kane is different story, he is key player, Perisic is bench player at best scenario.

You are obviously some jealous fan to mention stories that happened 50 years ago.
Actually I am Spurs fan on Spurs forum. You are here not because of Spurs. You are here because of your wet dream. If Ange doesn't see him as a useful part of the team then I'm all in for option to get rid of him in the way that benefits Spurs the best way. Not Perišić and specially not Hajduk.

Now donkey, be good and go home or simply fuck off. Your choice.

Agreed. Luka had also played a lot of men's football in Croatia, including lower league loans where he had to learn to use his body to protect the ball & avoid getting kicked too often.

Gil does have the mentality to receive the ball in tight situations, but he's not got that combination of a strong physical base and, crucially, guile to consistently keep possession & move the play on to a teammate.
I think he was loaned to a lower league Bosnian team, where the football was brutal.

That's him.

Was told PSG also pretty keen.

Never seen him but was told he's a bigger talent than Gvardiol at that age. likes to score from the halfway line.

Sounds like a decent deal to me as well. Granted I've never seen the kid play but we could easily send him on loan.

There is another AM at Hajduk that's meant to be a talent as well?

I know there isn't one word but he's on huge money so it's definatly an option.

I never said we should get rid of Perisic coz he wants to go so the Kane comment isn't relevant

Thanks. You are 100% correct.

After a season with Dinamo Zagreb's youth side, Modrić was loaned in 2003 to Zrinjski Mostar in the Bosnian Premier League.[11][26] During this period, he established his versatile style of play and became the Bosnian Premier League Player of the Year at only the age of 18.[38] Modrić later said, "Someone who can play in the Bosnian Premier League can play anywhere," referring to its physical nature.[38]

I was just talking about the way of parting with him. He isn't always injured, he isn't problem child, didn't disturb dressing room etc.. If he is ready to go without being paid a penny that should be only reason to be prepared to let him go on a free transfer. I'm aware that he is on big money but it's matter of principle. Should we let PEH, Sess, Davies, Japheth, Gill and other so called squad players to buy out their contract in that way? It would be a dangerous precedent for a club.

Dier hasn't been put up for sale - he wants to stay, whereas Sanchez wants to go. Hence you will see bids for Sanchez
Still no one testing the water is there

Daniel repeatedly reminds the world Harry is not for sale … doesn’t stop clubs having a bid

As I’ve said before …. If someone offered money for dier who is (not very good) out of contract next year …. We’d sell him

Thing is ….

None of these players earn 180k pw, and is told he is not going to be used. If Perisic would be used as a rotation, he would be satisfied, I believe.
So Tottenham have a player with 1 year on contract and can choose whether they will spend 11m on a player they will not use, or whether they will save some money if they let him go. Simple as that.

You are being very rude, that only shows the culture of place where you come from.

hey I thought I’m only Croatian here:contefists:

Pacta sunt servanda.

Levy should not give any player right to breach the contract just because player "dream" about something. Perišić last summer was free agent and he choose to sign for Spurs. As he still have value as a player it would be sheer stupidity to let him go as a free agent.

Now go to Hajduk's forum you miserable donkey.
WTF just happen. I feel like we are being used in some private throw down....what's this really about?
