Seen a lot of mentions for Hancko. Inacio as well but he sounds expensive and Sporting aren't great to deal with.
It's a bit ridiculous that Chelsea and Liverpool are freely shoveling their deadwood into Saudi Arabia, which is involved in a humaniatrian crisis in Yemen, but Russia is a line too far.

Personally; I wasn't entirely comfortable with the CSKA deal, but the EPL 'discouragement' and the outcry from certain sections of the media is a complete and utter piss-take.
